Customer Happiness Index

In this paper, we are going to analyze the new trend in the hospitality sector that is the customer happiness index. We will give a small introduction and explanation about the topic and finally present the results we found. The aim is to see whether companies are already using this trend and if not, if it would be possible to implement it in Switzerland.
